Your spectator selects any card from a normal deck, signs their name on the card and puts it in the middle of the deck. You shuffle and take a card out from the deck, it's not spectator's card. You fold it and place it on your hand. With a shake of the hand, the card visually changes to the spectator's signed card!
As soon as the trick is over, you hand the card out for examination.
