Had heard great things about the Trevor Duffy close up pad. Of all the items delivered by Vanishing Inc, this was the only one which was extremely poor quality. To begin with, this does not have any packaging, not even a plastic wrap. It came heavily creased and bent. I was told to leave it as it is and it will get back in shape, but that didn't help. It is just unusable. The crease and ridges look permanent.
