Clipless Chick Pan Ickle Pickle

I have long looked for a small chick (and donut!) pan for possible use in a children's show. This one fits that bill well at a very competitive price. It is precision-made (which is what the release actually depends on). But I would not rate this very good, because the release is so sensitive that I worry that the load will drop at the wrong moment while moving my hand with it. I had high hopes for this, but think the more traditional way that the release is accomplished is more reliable. Also I wish that this would come with a double load option right at purchase (you can of course always purchase two sets). And it it matte, not shiny like chrome. And when storing it the Phillips screw that holds the handle tends to scratch other items (unless you always keep it in its box). So I guess I will keep looking. But do not mistake my review, I still think this is a good product. Try it out.
