Todd asks: What’s the diameter of hat coil and can I shape it a white cup
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The coil’s diameter is usually about 5 inches (˜ 12.7 cm). ? The coil’s “thickness/height” as packaged (i.e. coiled up) is around 1 inch (˜ 2.5 cm).

- 1. Jeff responds:Easy-peasy; The center of the coil comes with a cardboard tube that you pop- out when you’re ready to perform. ( I just finished a kid show with one of these same (exact) hat coils and didn’t even need to waste one in rehearsal). It worked like a charm and (even though I didn’t use it to steal and produce a final load), the way the coil unravels is mesmerizingly beautiful!
