You ask two spectators look at one card. They can’t agree on which card they looked at even though it was the same one.
You remove a card from the deck and tear it in half. Each half is revealed to be the matching half of the cards the spectators had seen. The two halves fit together perfectly.
Split Decision is at once memorable magic and the perfect souvenir (in fact, performing the trick creates two impossible objects!). What's more, Split Decision leaves the spectators with an impossible object and an experience they will never forget.

The effect outcome seems an impossibility.
Spectators are left with souvenirs.
Different handlings which can be practically sleight free.
