The Lazy Magician

This is Scott Alexander's new take on Dante's classic Lazy Magician plot, but updated and modernized with a certain new appeal.

The piece opens with the stunning and visual Snap Silk Production, then proceeds along as in the traditional routine. Then it takes a wild left turn, using Roy Benson's Banana Gag and the timeless Tape Measure Watch bit... all rolled into a fun and entertaining performance. Scott uses these personally hand crafted TAPE WATCHES AND HAND CRAFTED BANANA AND ZIP UP POUCHES in this routine and others as all important COMEDY CALLBACKS.

The New Lazy Magician can be performed as a talking piece, or do it with Scott's favorite song accompaniment, Bruno Mars' The Lazy Song. Do it with the banana or do it with your magic wand. Either way it is a winner.

This is strong magic with color, movement and visual appeal that can be played in an intimate parlor setting... or looks right at home filling the biggest of stages. Wanna do it on a big stage...use a bigger rope to fill the space. It can be a big trick or an intimate one, your choice.
