Clever, refined, beautiful, ground-breaking; but overall: invisible. I have always loved the concept of the cull and until now I have most used the "Roadrunner" cull and Lennart Green's V separation. However, after I came across David's cull, I was blown away! This is an outstanding variation and refinement on the cull. You can do it at a snail's pace or really fast from any angle, and no one will see anything. Get this for it will potentially change your entire repertoire! Your audience deserve's an un-detectable utility move that will render your magic even more incredible in their eyes. Thank you David for sharing this with us and I can't wait to see more from you!

This is a wonderful release, probably one of the most important in card magic in the recent years.



A refinement which takes elements from the Cull and Green's GAS - and nothing like that -, with a diabolic twist, which makes the technique angle proof and deceptive as ever! This will definitely be in my repertoire. A difficult technique but worthwhile. As Einstein stated "Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler". What are you waiting for?!!

So I was shocked by the demo, and also thought I had some idea of the inner workings. I wasn't even close. This cull instantly replaced all other culls I know. It's simple, effective, and very versatile in the different ways to strip out the cards. I'm already starting to come up with ideas! It really is invisible. This is by far the best purchase I've made this year.

I have used culling techniques in my card routines for more than 6 years. And this is the first time I see such an invisible culling. Can't believe what I just see. Completely stunning

The video is truly great, explaining every detail of the move in a step by step process, including several small variations. The move itself is great in its own right, as many have already stated. However, don't lead yourself into thinking that this is an easy move you can perform after watching the video one time! If you want this move to be invisible and deceptive, you will need to put it quite a bit of practice, and probably watch the video a couple of times at least. Overall, fifteen dollars on this is money well spent if you take the time to really get this move down. It has tons of applications!

I got the Collection today. David Gonzles is a great teacher, and he shows everything from all views. Also, he teach how to do classics of the card magic like Out of This World with his Cull, and that is great because now you can do them impromtu.

I love this cull. I have been practicing this wonderful move, and it is totally worth it when you master it. Unlike some other culls, this cull is almost invisible. I love how there are so many applications and tricks you can do this for! Its absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this.

This is one of the best purchases i have made in years! the method is genius, the explanation couldn't be clearer, and it's not as difficult as it looks. this turns lots of set-up tricks into equally effective impromptu tricks. just GREAT!

Totally worth the money.

For several cards, this is the way to go. Hofzinser's Cull is effective for a small number of cards. This covers all angles, has a good external life (Ascanio dixit) and is invisible and natural. This is a difficult technique with a great knack which will take hours, but the result will certainly worth it. Thanks to David to this contribution for the art.

Still working on this but its a good teaching tool if you want to learn to cull.

This is a very thorough instructional video on the Cull and tricks done using it. I've watched it a few times already and am already making some major progress. Highly recommend David's Cull.

This technique is insanely good. The applications of it are huge. I've using the RR cull for quite sometime, but when I saw this I had to know how it was done. It isn't an easy move, since you have to start learning everything all over again, but what you can do with it and the fact that it's pretty much angle proof, makes one of the best ways to cull or control cards.

I particularly like the extensive videos that come with this download. They're quite clear and helpful, helping to make this technique understandable and do-able. Don't think for a moment that this technique is made easy just by watching; however, the clarity of explanation certainly has made it *easier* for me to grasp and develop - far better than I've ever been able to achieve from studying the books. You must still do the work! However, I'm very pleased with the purchase and appreciative of the time involved in making this explanation available and affordable.

This sleight is pretty good but not great. Sadly, it's more of an angle separation, so it doesn't replace the cull if you just want to retrieve the 4 aces. If you want to do a set-up trick where the audience shuffles beforehand, just do a deck switch and a false shuffle. Ben Earl has a great download for deck switches, and there are a ton of awesome false shuffles on this website. My problem with this technique is that it brings too much scrutiny to the deck. That might work for an OOTW, where you are asking the audience to memorize the order of the cards while you spread, but it won't work for a lot of these tricks. I'm not against learning difficult sleights, but the difficult sleight has to be the best method if I'm gonna put effort into it.

Amazing!! Requires a lot of practice but is worth it!!

This is fantastic. Little over an hour of instruction about 35min covers the basic technique and several methods to strip the cards out and the rest covers some applications including a mini masterclass on resetting a stack following one or more riffle shuffles, ribbon and fan hideouts, and how to set up on the fly for play it straight triumph, shufflebored, ootw, o&w finale. There's so much in this download for the price and it's worth buying even if you only want to learn how to properly strip out angle jogged cards. The main technique is excellently taught in a progressive stepwise fashion which makes learning very easy. It will take practice.Anyone familiar with any of Lennart Greens angle separations, particularly the v-separation, will love this. Only downside is the full methods for the tricks are, understandably, not taught. If you are unfamiliar with them they should be relatively easy to find, but a few reference suggestions would have been appreciated.Cannot recommend this more. Probably some of the most effective video teaching I've seen.
