Deja Vu

I really love the concept of this trick. Deja vu has a magical feeling inside its meaning, so this tricks works great and really amazes people. Although the tutorial is easy to understand, it is a difficult trick not suggested for beginners. The moves are hard to do; but once learned, you will be able to apply them to many different tricks.

Deja Vu is one of my favorite sandwich/transposition effects. It has a really nice story line, and is easy to do. Plus, the climax is something your spectators won't see coming. (At least when I perform it.)

This trick is another amazing trick, and is even cooler when given the style of actual Deja vu as Dan and Dave present it. I found this trick also works well in routine with other tricks that utilize the four aces. Without a doubt, it's possibly one of the best sandwich effects I've found.

Deja Vu is one of my favorite tricks on the trilogy. It is very visual and offten at times leaves the audiance baffled. It is one of those tricks that you will do over and over. The trick itself is not very hard to do and the teaching is very clear. Because Deja Vu ends with two sandwiches, it is very easy to incorporate it into a routine.



My only qualm with this trick is that sometimes the spectataors get a bit lost with whats going on, however this is easily fixed with some patter adjustment. Overall Deja Vu is a fun and easy trick to do that packs a big punch, not only that, but it you will be able to incorporate or create a routine around it very easily.

I bought this trick as sort of a preview to the trilogy Collection set because I was thinking about getting it but wanted a little taste first and I was not disappointed. All of the moves required for this trick are taught to some extent in the video so you don't need to worry about knowing anything too complicated before hand. The effect requires a lot of finesse and a LOT of practice but performed well it is a fantastic trick.

This trick holds a special place in my heart. I vividly remember the first time I watched the video, and I was blown away. I was very near the beginning of my magical career, so this is one of the tricks that really introduced me to the fever of Magic. I have been loyal a fan ever since. This is taught on the Trilogy, and so are many other fine tricks. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in good magic.

This is a very hard hitting effect for your spectators, especially is you use the same patter that's used in the performance video. All the information taught on this one trick alone, is worth three times it's price. Totally worth it!

This effect is so strong that people tend not to believe what they see! It is amazing, and although it takes a lot of practice, it is worth every second!!

Deja Vu is a superb trick with a smooth style throughout. Not only this, but the explanation contains very useful sleights that will serve you well in a variety of other routines. Although the moves may be hard to get down, this trick is fun to practice and will definitely impress. Overall, a key trick for anyone serious about card magic.

This trick is amazing. By far the best I have seen in awhile. It is well thought-out, has easy patter and although it does take a lot of practice its worth it once you get it down. This trick makes every magician look good while they're performing it. Overall this is such a great trick and I recommend you buying this, you will not be disappointed.

i remember the first time I popped in the trilogy and started checking out all the tricks.. this one stood out to me out of all of them. this is still one of my favorite effects to perform and quite possibly my favorite dan and dave effect so far don't get me wrong, I love all dan and dave's tricks and still perform 90% of them. but with this routine... the "color change" if executed nicely always stuns your audience. it was a shocker to me as a beginner magician at the time, and I knew if it shocked me then lay people were going to be dumb founded by this and sure enough they were! though it did take me a bit to get the routine down and transition smoothly between each move along with keeping the right patter, once I got it down it was so worth it because this routine always baffles people. anyway I would highly recommend this trick to anyone who doesn't have it already. if I had to pick one d&d trick to buy, it would be this. so get it!!!

This is the kind of trick that leaves you baffled, just asking to yourself "what the *** did I just see?".
It is quick but clear (everyone understands what is going on), very visual, and the "déjà vu" effect is really clever and powerful. The teaching is clear and precise and the trick is not very difficult (even if you need to be familiar with card magic). Easy to do once you have it, it is a perfect trick to start or to add to a longer routine and to get great reactions!
