King Brand

This is a really beautiful trick. It's done in the hands and is sleight of hand at it's finest. Bill Goodwin is an excellent teacher, and this video will attest to his amazing ability to clearly instruct a willing student. The video is beautiful, and this effect will be something any walk-around performer will add to their working repertoire.

King Brand is a brilliant idea! It brings card transpositions to a new level. You'll need a bit of time to practice the sleights, especially the second phase but what trick doesn't require practice? This has since become my favorite trick. Totally worth the price!

I've loved Bill's teaching style ever since I watched his Reflections Collection. Bill's magic is smooth and easy to understand, and is very usable in the real world. I'm loving this effect! Outstanding teaching, and was very easy to learn. I would recommend picking this up!

I have been facinated with this trick. It is fair and it looks clean. When he puts the fours between the kings it actually looks like he is putting it between the kings. This is trick is a great buy. Everyone should have this trick.

Bill Goodwin is a genius! His step by step, easy to follow instructions make the difference. This was definitely worth the price, and with some practice in front of a mirror, you too will be astonishing people!

This is truy an amazing effect to know and Bill Goodwin teaches it expertly. The effect itself is so simple, yet so impossible, it will leave your spectators in awe for minutes after the trick is done.



It's not a particularly hard trick to do and with Bill Goodwin's teaching you'll be mastering this trick in a couple of weeks to a month. Bill is even nice enough to teach us a great clean-up after you've done the effect, only adding to the impossibility of the effect, allowing your spectators to hold the four cards in their hands and see for themselves that you used no more than 4 cards.

I'm always looking for something different for performance...and King Brand fits the bill! I was astonished at the beauty of this effect and, of course, in Bill Goodwin's hands, it is magic at its best!

It's nice to see something a bit different from the standard card-magic you generally learn/see, and the fact that it's a 3-phases makes it a nice impromptu routine. The last "Daley-esque" phase is a great ending. Bill's teaching is clear and concise, and learning the subtleties he adds in the method makes me appreciate Mr. Goodwin's creative thinking. There are certain parts of the handling that some may not be too used too, but as with anything, good disciplined practice will build up that muscle-memory needed to make it smooth.

This is my favorite type of routine: Three phase, sleight heavy, and super deceptive.

This is a very tricky routine, but easy enough to master with practice. I think Bill Goodwin is always great, and this is one of my very favorite effects that he teaches.

I watched the trailer, and said to myself "this is awesome"..Then I watched the explanation and couldn't believe some of the stuff he was doing, and how smooth he was doing it..I thought I had ideas watching the trailer to the workings, but the explanations showed me I missed so much. A lot of great detail and finesses that makes this a trick worth learning ten times over.

Love the effect and Bill Goodwin's instruction is stellar.

This is one of the best packet tricks that I've ever seen. It's a joy to practice and wonderful to show off. Some of the counts can be a little challenging at first, but within a few days, I had them down. Bills teachings here are top notch. Can't recommend it enough.

This for me, was far too much like the hazy days of the 70’s. First, I wasn’t sure if this was Bill Goodwin or Steve Buscemi! Then, I wasn’t convinced no camera tricks were employed. However, I am quite certain this was a fabulous trip, and I am so glad it came in a bundle. What a deal!!!

This is another great peice of close up card magic by bill goodwin, from his video productions, his teaching methods, including credits, and history on some of the moves, followed by a full performance, this guy is just outstanding.

This is an excellent and powerful impromptu packet trick. Everything is taught really well. The second phase will take some practice but I found a way to slightly modify it to make it easier. Everything else is relatively straightforward. Everyone who loves card magic should learn from Bill Goodwin.
