Customer reviews for Oil & Water

Stephen
Instructions very clear and explained well. Especially nice having someone sitting next to Eric at the table learning the routine. Giving you two angles of the process and seeing someone else have the same difficulty you may encounter and being successful.
Giuseppe
Incredible stuff here, I am building an oil and water routine and this blends perfectly into other material. Awesome stuff.

Fantastic version of a classic plot . The handling is not too difficult and well worth the effort to learn . The methods here have made it into my oil and water routine and will stay ! Excellent .

  • Dale asks: New to the forum, hope this question is suitable and in compliance with the rules. I am working on a hybrid collection of Oil & Water effects that all blend into one another (Jennings, Malone, Colombini, etc.), but using 8 cards, and am wondering about adding this somewhere. I would simply remove 2 cards for Eric's routine. My question: does Eric's use extra cards? Thanks.

  • Robert asks: Still trying to get a sense of the difficulty level. I can do a good Elmsley Count, twirl change, and double turnover from a 4-card packet. I'm not asking which sleights are used in Chien's trick, but I'm interested in your opinion about whether someone at my skill level could learn it with a reasonable amount of work. Thanks...

    • 1. Jim responds:You will have to learn three sleights. They will be a step up for you. Dedicate a reasonable amount of practice and rehearsal, and you should be fine.
  • Darrell asks: Is this trick easy for a beginner to learn?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:This is more on the advanced side.
  • Eric asks: What level of sleights are required? Is this for beginner, intermediate or advanced?

    • 1. Henk responds:It's intermediate level
