30 Seconds to Stun

A multi-phase masterpiece from Richard Sanders that delivers multiple knockout punches in less than 30 seconds. There is no quicker or more direct way to instantly impress any audience.
With your back turned and deck held behind you, a card is freely selected. It then vanishes and, when you turn to face your participant again, is shown to have appeared in your mouth.
This is a truly stunning moment that will never fails to make everyone freak out. If you ended here, you would still look like a superhuman magician.
But, Richard doesn't stop there. He also shows you to turn this into a super-fooling, three-phase routine in which you break the magician's code by repeating the trick. Not only that, but you do it in increasingly impossible ways. On the final phase, you don't even touch the deck.
"30 Seconds to Stun" offers everything you'd want in a magic trick:
- Easy to do
- Fast, direct and practical
- Tried and tested workhorse
- Super powerful
- No sleight of hand
- No palming
- No difficult moves
You'll receive custom gimmicks that work with a red Bicycle deck right out of the box (but you can also modify things to work with any deck in just a few seconds). This gimmick not only handles all the hard work, but even allows you to end with an examinable deck. Richard covers everything in the included tutorial. As an extra bonus, he even takes you behind the curtain to show you other effects and brilliant applications for this innovative method.
"30 Seconds to Stun" by Richard Sanders is the trick you'll want to have ready when you need to leave an audience speechless. Just 30 seconds is all that's needed to leave an impression that will last a lifetime.
Customer reviews for 30 Seconds to Stun
Applause all around for Mr. Sanders!
1) If it’s at a wedding, or other strolling function, they are going to going to grab people they know, so that they can watch them react as they did. It’s very similar to the bunnies in that respect.
2) You can only follow 30 Minutes to Stun with gold. You can’t go from screams to “oh, that’s clever.”
Richard has us covered with multiple phases to choose from, so you can mix and match how to stun them. So as with card under drink, you can blow them away multiple times.
After spending a day performing this for as many people as I could and because it was so much fun and the reactions matched the audience reactions on the download, 30 Seconds to Stun will be my card opener in professional settings.

When I saw this trailer, I knew it was the same routine, just repackaged and rebranded. I didn't care. I purchased it anyway and I am NOT disappointed. There is so much more thinking on this since the original publication dropped that is worth the cost of this and more. I was intrigued by the addition of the two additional phases and whereas I don't think I'd use all three phases together in a single routine, I will definitely be using these ideas with other routines I do.
Well done Richard Sanders! Thanks for making all of look good for a very long time!
This is a type of gaff that I have been building and using for over 50 years (yes, I really am that old...) that has always amazed and baffled laymen and most other magicians. In all those years, I have had only one fellow magician take me aside and comment on my use of a gaff that he also routinely used.
I laughed because I was totally "stunned" by the presentation, and thought it was great fun to find out that one of my own favorite secret weapons had so completely astonished me.
Richard's gaff design is slightly different from the ones I have built and still do build, but the tool itself really is very versatile. After you get one, you will find many more uses for it. In fact, I have a complete 12 to 15 minute close up routine I use where the gaff sits in the deck unnoticed until I use it for the closer in a presentation quite different from the one here...And it always creates a great response. One of my favorite uses is a no-fuss card to Porper Steel Box, where the box has been locked in full view with an audience member holding the key from the start of the routine, and the deck has been used for 6 or seven other effects.
Buy it...Not only is Richard's presentation great, but the gaff is a great utility piece for any closeup presentation.
I like easy tricks to do for family and friends and this hits the spot it totally amazed them all, you do need to use your own deck but that is not a problem, this is well worth the money and it has fooled everyone so far I would recommend buying this.

Charles asks: Disregard my previous question. Somehow I missed Erics question. So it is the same effect but is the methodology any different?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The methodology is the same.
- 2. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The methodology is the same.
Ged asks: I purchased 30 Seconds to Stun, and received the trick, but it does not appear on my downloads list, or in my archives. Where can I find it, the tutorial? Thanks

Kieron asks: Is the selected card the same with each pack sold? (As in, if I wished to, could I buy it twice to get two different card options?)
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The card may vary.
Christopher asks: Any idea when the TUTORIAL will be uploaded? I purchased this a few days ago and never received the tutorial amongst my other downloads. I reached out and one of the wizards told me you were still waiting for Richard to send the tutorial link to you. Do we have a firm “DATE” yet on when this will be available for us to view?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The tutorial is available.
Eric asks: Curious if this is an updated version of "behind my back" from Close up Assassin also by Richard Sanders?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Yes, it is.
Heather asks: This effect looks intriguing. Are there any alternative revelations suggested for those who don't want to have cards in their mouth? Besides the obvious reasons to not have cards in one's mouth, as a female performer, my lipstick would get all over it as well. Thanks for your thoughts on this!
- 1. Adam responds:In a world of theoretically endless tricks, certainly more than anyone could conceivably perform, if you don't want to put a card in your mouth, maybe choose an effect where the card doesn't go in your mouth? Not every effect needs to be performable by everyone in every situation.
- 2. Craig responds:I don't think lipstick should disqualify someone from performing this. I'm not familiar with the method, but I assume you could clip the card to your necklace or top just as quickly with the right kind of clip. Maybe you could use The Gold Standard by David Regal.
Shannon asks: Is this instantly repeatable when moving from table to table at a walk-around gig? If it isn't instantly repeatable then how long is the reset time approximately?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:It is. Reset time is about 30 seconds.
Eisen asks: Can the gimmick be re-work or tweak to change to the card I use regularly or it has to be same as the gimmick?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Yes
Tony asks: Can you, follow my logic here, combine with, say, Jigsaw Deck to introduce the deck that will be used for this?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Yes that can work.
Ged asks: Trying to access the tutorial… ?
- 1. Will responds:Contact wizards@vanishingincmagic.com
- 2. Dan responds:Someone forgot to upload the tutorial - I've been told it will be uploaded in 1 - 3 business days
- 3. Ed responds:It sucks you can't access the download how does someone forget to upload the tutorial
- 4. Thomas responds:How does someone not upload a tutorial and finalize it before releasing an effect. That should be the first step.
