A single card is on display in your hand from the first moment, showing a drawing of a magician holding a card covered with a sticker. The spectator makes a completely free choice of any one of 52 cards, off the top of their head. The sticker is lifted to show that the little magician was holding a mini card with the said chosen card!
The trick is repeated, but this time the spectator "chooses" a card from a deck, the mini card once again matches, but now you can allow the spectator to examine the mini magician card.
The effect is basically as described in the textual description. However, the video presentation is misleading, as the second part of the trick, where you hand out the card, can only be one specific card, which you receive as the second gimmick. There isn't anything impressive about the second trick on its own, but when used together with the seemingly high quality first gimmick, which is quite neat, the overall routine is wonderful. But again I stress you receive only 2 gimmicks. But not all the options/endings shown in the video. One gimmick is brilliant and one is simple but together they are great.
For part 1 there aren't any sleight which anyone should have difficulty with. Only the famous "big movement covers the smaller movement". Part 2 needs a card switch and a force and some variations of these are explained.
The 15 minute video is not in English. I think it's Chinese. The subtitles are not so accurate, (seems they used an automatic translator) but together with the video you can figure it out. The angles and lighting needs to be controlled but are manageable and addressed in the video. If the lighting is right you probably can perform 180 degrees. And if not, you can always manage it for a smaller group.
Despite the angle issue, video language difficulty, and serious discrepancy from the advertised video, I am still pleased, so I rate this product as excellent.
