These are surprisingly strong magnets that are thin enough to hide in a playing card without providing any visual clue that they've been added. How? Why? I HIGHLY recommend Sin Lim's 52 Shades of Red which not only shows you how these might be useful but a whole lot more -- a magic education in the guise of a magic routine.
If you were blown away by Shades of Red on Penn and Teller's Fool Us, you'll be even more blown away by the fact that you can actually learn to perform it. But, better still, the remarkable video that accompanies it will teach magicians at every level how to improve their magic. (A set of these magnets, by the way, is included in 52SOR. But, you'll soon be thinking of other uses.

Fun little product. Very useful for what Shin Lim does, but also useful in certain bill tricks, etc. Very strong for their size.

Magnets! They are great but THESE magnets are awesome sauce. Probably some of the thinnest on the market too. I've looked elsewhere to buy in bulk but just can't manage to track down the same consistency of quality. The Shim magnets are top quality and surprisingly durable for how thin they are. I've used them for mostly card gimmicks but have also found that they work wonders on coin shells as well. Vanishing Inc keeps them at a competitive price. I will buy more!

Great magnets they're small thin and strong,I got these to make my own gaffs and gimmicks.

I bought another set as I make a lot of gaffs and gimmicks and none were broken, they are super thin and very strong and you get a lot in the package so great to be able to get these.
