Ed Marlo was the most influential card magician of all time. It's unlikely that his output in card magic will ever be paralleled. He contributed so much and shaped the way that we perform card magic today.
Cardially Yours is a collection of Edward Marlo's influential early works on card magic. Made up of over one dozen important publications, it includes what we think are his two best works The Cardician and Marlo In Spades. Here is a full list of the books in this compendium:
- Early Marlo
- Pasteboard Presto
- Amazing, Isn't It?
- Marlo's Discoveries
- Oddity & Other Miracles
- Let's See the Deck
- Off the Top
- Marlo in Spades
- The Cardician
Composed of the sleights, moves, tricks, routines and flourishes that made Ed Marlo's reputation as a cardician par excellence, the material in these pages is at once ageless, challenging and innovative. Edited and photographed by Gabe Fajuri, with introduction by two of Marlo's most prolific students: Simon Aronson and David Solomon.
We highly recommend this book for serious card magicians (including those that may already have the originals). It's a true insight into a different era of magic and into the greatest card technician of all time.

Tim asks: I am a relatively new magician. (About 1 year old. - magically speaking) I have a strong double lift, a good Elmsly count, some strong false shuffles, a mediocre classic pass, etc... I know Marlo is the master, and I would love to get some of his stuff, but I've picked up some magic books in the past that have been frustrating because they were way over my head and I'm just not at that level yet. What is the difficulty level of the moves Marlo lays out? Are there many a beginner/intermediate can learn? How is the instructional material? Are there many illustrations/pictures?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:If you have mastered Royal Road, Expert Card Technique, various Vernon books, and The Ambitious Card Omnibus, then you will have no issues with the Marlo Trilogy. There are a fair amount of illustrations, but this will not hold a beginner's hand like a Kaufman book (for example). I hope that helps!
