Triumph is effect with a long history. In the years of the development of magic, this effect has been performed or improved upon by countless magicians, resulting in a variety of different editions.

CCT, created by Silver Wing, is one version of the classic 'Triumph' plot. The feature of this edition is that all steps are clear to the audience: After the audience chooses a card, it is clear that the cards have been shuffled together face-to-face. Both sides can be shown to the audience and they will see it's really a chaos of cards facing different ways. Eventually, without any handling, when the deck is spread out on the table, all the cards are face up, except for one face-down card -- the selected card!

In addition, CCT can also be performed stand up, which turns the original table routine into a parlor act, so you can perform for larger audiences and higher fees.

The props include:

  • 1 Gaff deck (maiden back)
  • 1 Bicycle Maiden Back deck
  • Online instructions

  • Victor asks: what is the skill level for this? Thank you.

  • Richard asks: Is the card selected freely?

    • 1. Sgkyduyen responds:It's free choices
  • Philip asks: I can do a perfect faro. What would you say is the better version? This or Anarchy?

    • 1. Sgkyduyen responds:In my opinion, I prefer the "Charming Chinese Triumph" as it's simple and easy to remember. But if you like the kicker ending you can choose Anarchy
  • Huihang asks: Hi this looks like it's the exact same as Anarchy by Ryan Goh. May I know what's the difference between the two?

    • 1. Rob responds:The Anarchy deck by Ryan Goh requires you to do a perfect faro to achieve the sorted deck effect. This reminds me more of Chaos by Mark Elsdon. Anyway all Triumph routines are very similar.
  • Jeremy asks: I have Anarchy by Ryan Goh. What's the difference between this and Anarchy? Looks the same to me.

    • 1. Rob responds:The Anarchy deck by Ryan Goh requires you to do a perfect faro to achieve the sorted deck effect. This reminds me more of Chaos by Mark Elsdon. Anyway all Triumph routines are very similar.
    • 2. Jeremy responds:So does Chinese Triumo. I have seen the demo with the sorted deck effect. The guy did a perfect faro too. What u talking?
