TDog asks: Is the mini deck of playing cards gimmicked in any way? And would this be able to be performed using poker size playing cards?

Vernon asks: When performing this trick, i.e. having a card signed and stabbed, it is obvious that new cards will be needed to replace the signed and stabbed cards. Do you sell the replacement decks?
