The magician displays three cards: one of Houdini and two of constables. Houdini is placed into the middle of the other two and the packet squared. The spectator is given the packet and it is covered with a silk. Now the magician mimes invisibly removing Houdini and placing him in his pocket. When the silk is removed, the constables stand alone, Houdini is produced from the pocket, and everything is examinable!

It's a one pony trick, but I really like it and I am pretty sure lay audiences will like it too ( I have not performed it, yet). It is a quality product and the instructions are clear, well written. However, the cards I recieved do not match those in the video promo and the instructions do not completely match the cards I recieved. I was able to quickly make the necessary adjustments to the mechanics of the presentation because I understood the principles employed. Someone who is fairly new to card magic might have problems understanding the set-up of the cards because of the discripancy between the current Houdini cards and the (outdated?) instructions. This needs to be corrected. Otherwise, I am happy with the product and anticipate I will have a lot of fun with it in the near future. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy, direct packet trick audiences will find novel and amazing.
