In Self Working Table Magic, Karl Fulves taught a little enigma where you folded a piece of card into an impossible shape. It's not magic in the ordinary sense, but it does create a conversational piece and the end result of the folded card is incredibly fooling.

Tom Frame has added some magic to the Hypercard, by wrapping it around a Card Warp presentation. He's not the first to do this, of course, (both Ben Harris and Wesley James have work on this - which is included in this book). Tom's version is incredibly clean as, unlike the others, it utilizes a gimmicked card (included in the book). I saw him fool a bunch of magicians with this trick at the TSD convention several years back - it got a very good reaction (see the cover of this booklet for a picture of the end result of the warped card).

This booklet includes eight Hypercard items in all. Starting with Karl Fulves, then moving on to contributions from Don England, Ben Harris, Martin Gardner, Wesley James and Bob Neale.

This kind of stuff may not be the coolest, edgy street magic, but for the right performer and the right audience, it leaves a lasting impression ... and a lasting souvenir for them to keep.
