Impossible Ambitieuse Card

A lot of people have seen the Ambitious Card routine.

But just when your audience thinks they know what's happening next, you deliver a surprise twist they never expect.

A participant selects a card and loses it in the pack. You snap your fingers, and their card rises straight to the top. It’s a classic Ambitious Card effect, but it's missing something. It's kind of blah not nearly visual enough.

The card is placed back into the middle of the deck. This time, you show the top card isn't the selection, and even fold the corner back, allowing your audience to see the corner of the card. With a snap, the corner visibly changes. You pick up the card again, and this time it really is the participant's selected card!

Self-working, visual, and original, with a clean gimmick and a visually impossible finale.
