In other words, is the DIY a permanent change, or can it be used over and over with different “media” as I see fit? It would not. I wouldn’t recommend doing any DIY

The wallet is not an index but there is an index system within the wallet, but not built in. So your idea might not be functional with this effect.

Not standard, no. B'Wave only gave you the option of four cards.

What does currency USD, Euros, receipts have to do with the card trick?

It's part of the gimmick that makes the trick possible. You should choose the one that matches the currency of where you live, but if you are not in the EU or USA, then the receipts is the option you want.

You, VI, only have the US version available. I would have chosen the universal as I am not in the US or Europe, but does it really matter?

The effect is delightfully curious. The wallet is well-made and the method is clever. The instructions are adequate enough to fully understand the preparation, setup and performance.

Obviously, the BILLS or receipts have something to do with the method, and it is clever.....and deceptive. BUT, the bills themselves do not look at all like real US twenty dollar bills. They are made from plastic and look faded and fake. It might be better in Euros, since they are made partially with plastic.....maybe. But I don't think even the receipts would look real. Receipts aren't printed on plastic! I see the idea - to make them so they are durable. But in today's world they also need to look REAL

If the audience thinks there is something fishy going on, then it is not good magic. Gimmicks and methods should be 100% undetectable.

So, I ordered some prop money for $15. and I will make the gimmicks out of fake money that LOOKS rea, and USE this routine, or at least practice and rehearse it - then perform it to see how my audiences react.
