It appears to be, but it is a special deck. You may be able to use it for some effects, but certainly not as a regular deck.

It would take a lot of work, but it would be possible.

How difficult are the slights required

It varies, as several routines are taught. I would say easy to slightly over medium. You will need to get used to handling the deck—but that will come with practice.

I bought puzzlement deck today and I have to say, Armor magic came up with a really creative idea using the old gaff deck(not saying which one or else it will reveal the secret) and also added another thing which makes the effect even more amazing.
