Rusduck was a Pennsylvania police chief who wrote one of magic's most articulate magazines, The Cardiste, before his early death at 49. Russell Duck (known to everyone as Rusduck) famously had a passion for tricks that utilized stacked decks. But these weren't your uncle's stacked decks - these were GROUNDBREAKING stacked decks that took a setup into the new millennium.
