A portable, amazing rising card effect for close up magic performances.

"The Mobius Rising Card" by Chen Yang and TCC improves and refines the methods often found in similar effects. Its unique gravity-structured gimmick allows the rising effect to be completed multiple times in one routine. This gimmick is significantly less complex and more compact than traditional Rising Card gimmicks. At just about 6 cards thick, it won't raise any suspicion when placed in the center of a deck.

You can have one or multiple cards selected. They are then lost and shuffled into the deck which is placed in a card box or a wine glass held by a member of the audience. One by one, the selected card(s) rise from the center of the deck.

"The Mobious Rising Card" was designed with close-up magicians in mind, but also works in parlor situations. Each handmade gimmick is constructed with careful focus on every single detail.

What’s up fellow Magicians! I’ve used several different Rising Card effects in my years (too many to name lol) as a professional close-up and stage Magician. I was really excited to receive “The Mobius Rising Card” by Chen Yang and TCC…. Both stellar in producing quality Magic. The gimmick is good…. A step up from the original method. It’s super durable and easily maintained. With that being said, it takes a bit of practice (and patience) to get the right flow of the rise. Those of you who have owned a version of the Rising Card will know what I mean. Also… it’s a bit noisy! I find it works best in a lively environment. I use it in my Table Hopping/Bar gigs where the ambient noise level helps to reduce the gimmick activation. I find it best to hold the deck during the Rise to help control the speed (and sound) of the effect. You could… with PRACTICE… use it in a glass with the proper “Tilt” to achieve the Rise. All and all…. A prop worth owning! It’s really well made and very durable! As always…. Thanks Vanishing Inc for providing another amazing effect in Magic! Cheers…. Ted Martin
