Customer reviews for Ultimate Ambition Improved

Phil
Get it. It's one of the best ways to end the ambit routine. I saw Daryl do this at PCAM 1984/5 and it blew EVERYONE away. I love what Greg has done to eliminate the rope, but honestly, the rope is better. Use the rope from your Prof Nightmare. It's clean and more visual. Daryl was always 'hands off' when showing the roped deck. And the ingenious method of switching the deck makes it even better than his original version. I bought three of these from Daryl. Get it and you'll use it.
Robert
The gimmick broke the first time I used it. It went right into the trash after that. I guess quality control is not something the people who put this out care about. Literally broke. Wow!
Paul
I own the red version of this device, and opted to buy the blue as well. It's well crafted and sturdy, will last a long time with proper use and care. The instructions are well produced and thorough, with instructions from both Daryl and Greg Wilson. A perfect way to finish an Ambitious Card routine, highly recommended.
Christopher
If you like the ambitious card routine you'll love this offering! This takes the ambitious card card routine to a whole new, very impossible level. The instructions are great! Very detailed and very easy to understand. The best part is that the huge ending is very easy to do but, looks absolutely impossible! I highly recommend this!

  • Phil asks: I have what I think are the originals bought from Daryl directily So, what is the 'improved' version and what's different about it?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The old version was handmade, and these are professionally manufactured.
  • Andrew asks: Does this package include the full content of Daryl’s original Ambitious Card DVD or just the ‘Ultimate’ finale (plus Greg Wilson’s routine/handling)?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:You receive Daryl’s original handling and Greg Wilsons as an extra
  • Matthew asks: Does the deck gimmick have any potential uses outside of an ambitious card routine?

    • 1. Jim responds:Unlikely, unless you are very creative, and put some brainstorming time in.
  • Jesús asks: Can the spector inspect the deck?

    • 1. David Matkin responds:This is the finale to an ambitious card routine. During the routine you could have the deck shuffled and they can see the whole deck. The "heat" should be off the deck come the end of the routine. But if you wanted to hand out the deck wrapped in rope for inspection....well don't do that.o think that answers your question. But come the end of a routine where multiple audience members handle the card and deck there really should not be any need to. If you absolutely felt you had to hand it out at end of the routine you would need to do a d#ck sw#@£h.
  • Stanley asks: Is there a version of this made in red?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:When you add to cart, you can choose red or blue.
  • Sebastien asks: What's the main difference between this improved version and the original one?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The gimmick is better made and you also get extra routines from Greg Wilson.
  • John asks: Not knowing the gimmick... is there a way to adapt the gaff to a Phoenix Deck design? This way I can be consistent with my preferred deck.

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:If you use the older handling, no issues at all. Daryl's newer handling would require changing the top card of the gimmick.
