You don't need to cut anything, but construction will have to be done.

Do you have to construct a gimmick? If so, do I need to buy additional materials?

The downloadable video will teach you how to make your own gimmick from your own bills/notes. The only materials you will need are probably already in your home.

Can it be done with any currency? In Mexico we have plastic and paper bills and they are different sizes.
