The performer tells a story about a very special poem from their childhood, written on a sheet of paper, and places it in view at the very beginning of this routine. A spectator then has a free choice of a card! They put the card in their pocket, sight unseen. The performer then reads the poem out loud, the last line of which mentions a playing card, the exact playing card in the spectator's pocket!
