TCC and Conan Liu present an innovative new take on the classic "4D Ball Trick."

"4D Ball Box Pro" is based on a classic effect called the "4D Ball Trick" from John Benzais in the late 1960s. It was later modified and improved by John Cornelius and published in Creative Magic.

"4D Ball Box Pro" features a revolutionary triggering method that allows the performer to decide when the balls appear, a box that can be examined by the spectator, and an instant and simple reset. The set includes a customized walnut wooden box, 7 wooden balls, and online video instructions.

You open a wooden box and show three elegant wooden balls inside. You them remove and vanish the balls one by one, using any type of vanishing method you want (e.g. a change bag or sleight of hand). Once all three balls have vanished, you reopen the box to find that the three balls have reappeared inside.

Enhanced and Improved

"4D Ball Box Pro" by Conan Liu offers a major improvement over the original principle: There's no holder or any kind of visible interlayer attached to the lid or the box. The box and lid can be examined by the spectator right after the performance.

The triggering method is innovative and clever. During the entire performance, you can control when the gimmick is triggered. The way the box is opened or closed enables you to decide when the extra balls should appear. The redundant base plate (which is often the first to be damaged or ruined) was also removed to improve aesthetics and increased durability.

Customer reviews for 4D Ball Box Pro

William
An excellent effect with practice. The quality of the product is superb and continues to represent the high quality standards for craftsmanship of TCC.
Gerhard
Its a nicely made prop but ultimately a little bit underwhelming. I like the little balls to perform with, but this prop is way overpriced. The routine is all good and well, but for some or other reason the reactions to this is underwhelming. Its nicely made and one could possibly come up with some other uses for. The wooden box and balls are cool though :)

  • Paul asks: Is there a chance they might come out with a shell for the balls?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Not at the moment.
  • Steve asks: Hi, If I noticed moves correctly, this trick can be only performed sitting and by edge of table, yes ? also how similar is this with "Lou Serrano 3 steel balls" trick ? thanx

    • 1. Brad responds:I wouldn't say "this trick can be only performed sitting and by edge of table". There are sevreal ways and methods to vanish three balls. I think the creators chose the methods you see, because they are quick, visual and work well for the camera.
    • 2. Rodney responds:Or wear a pouch and use that, but it looks like the best way is at a table. I would say, for the gimmick, it's overpriced, but I still want it! Hahahaa
  • Gary M asks: Can you get replacement ball in case you lose one or two?

  • Jan Harry asks: What is the diameter of the balls?
