Can this be done wearing a vest that exposes the sleeves prior to the change?

It will take around 15 mins to make but yes it is easy to do if you follow the instructions.

Can this be done by a heavy set person just as easily?

How heavy? Are we talking an extra 25, 50, 100 or 200lbs.? depending on how much, it may make it make it challenging. To be honest, to know this answer, you would have to try it out and adapt the gimmick as needed.

could this be used in conjunction with 3Dt shirt?

It's possible but I think it would be difficult. The gimmicks may interfere with eachother so you would need to be very careful where you position them, but I think it could be done if you are very careful.

does this require a jacket? I am in hawaii and jackets are a rarity.

A coat, jacket, hoodie or vest can work.

How difficult is the effect and how much cover/time is needed to change

It is easy to do and takes about two seconds to execute the change.

First of all, how could I resist ordering when my last name is Morelli too! lol But this is easy and a neat effect. I play lead guitar in a band and we sell band t-shirts at gigs. So I am going to take a bland plain t-shirt and ask why people would wear something like that when they could have (turn/pause for switch) "this" - as it changes to the band t-shirt. Also my daughter is having her 16th b'day party this weekend and for her and her friends, I'll have all of her friends/guests names on one shirt, ask who the b'day girl is, and "tada" the shirt drops the names to the bottom except her name. Lots of possibilities with this. Thanks!
