Are the “parts” made of the same metal? Because I’ve had this for around 2 weeks and the parts have oxidized quite differently, and now I can’t really get away with the trick. I’ve also noticed the edges are different so thought the material might not be the same. Should I just polish frequently?

No it isn’t fragile, this can be cleaned. There is a switch in the routine

It is best to have the ring be the size of your thumb to allow for extra room on the other fingers.

Is it also teached how to do the effect with the spectators finger, how he did on Fool us?

That is not taught on this video as it was shot before the Fool Us appearance.

I have three of Garrette Thomas videos, and they are all exellent ring effects. The videos consist of plenty of demos, followed by detailed tutorials, also including variations, and the handaling of the rings, with different camera angle shots, as in front view, followed by over the shoulder view.
Each video brings in completely different ring tricks.

This is an excellent product. The ring I ordered is slightly to big for me but it does aid in some of the sleights in his ring thing video. I ordered a sleightly smaller ring as well to see if this works a bit better for this routine but I am really happy with this product. The tutorial is excellent as expected. Love this! I was very please with this release. It looks like true magic it Garrett’s hands. It will take some time to get the handling down and to become familiar with the gimmick in your hands but when it clicks, this is one of the best EDC that will be sure to fool.

I love it and I definitively recommend it. The magic feels strong, direct, and very visual. My only note is that the ring can oxidize and darken over time, so it needs cleaning now and then, but otherwise it is great.
