Turning a receipt into money is not a new plot in magic, but this method is new, super easy and can work with your own money and your own receipts. Here's what happens:

In your hands, you have a receipt. After folding it twice, you turn it over to show the receipt has changed into money that you can count and fan. You can even show the fronts and backs of the bills.
