Having said that, I think this is awesome now that I can do it, after fiber optics I think this would be a great phase to do before ending with ring on shoelace. Also good misdirection by saying watch the ring go from my fist back on to the rope, they focus on the rope and say a magic word, what do ya know, the ring is on my shoelace.

Leonard asks: Does this routine require any "sleight of hand" or "gimmicks"? Can a magic beginner learn this easily?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:It is relatively easy to perform and doesn't require any gimmicks. However, the tieing process is a little complicated to learn. Once you know it, it will be very easy.
Dale asks: Does this work with any borrowed ring?
- 1. Jim (creator) responds:Any ring that will fit on the rope will work. Since the rope is tugged on, I recommend only borrowing sturdy rings, as a good tug might bend or warp a thin or weak ring.
