- 2. Andrew responds:I remember Michael had a (secondary) website that sold downloads and PDFs. I cannot seem to locate it now, but it had mostly excerpts from his Easy to Master DVD series for sale in streaming/download form. There was a PDF version of the Topit Pattern for sale there. If the website is still active and you can successfully locate it, then it should be there.
