Michael asks: Will the gimmick ever have to be replaced?
- 1. Agustin responds:If is handled in the way that Nicholas teaches, you don’t need to, he explains how to fix the gimmick in case that something happens to it.
- 2. Joseph responds:My answer is "yes" Mine came broken in the box (in fairness, I did not purchase it from Vanishing). It is obviously very delicate and one tip-off is that the tutorial video includes a section on how to repair the gimmick. Not easy for old hands.
Jim asks: Do these clips have a rubber coating?
- 1. Agustin responds: No rubber coating.
Jeffrey asks: Follow up to the previous question, do the clips that you hand out have to be a certain type (like the few you include) or can they be any generic type? Thank you
- 1. Agustin responds:Regular paper clips, just get to match the size.
Elliott asks: 1. Can the paperclip that was just bent be handed out a. while it is still bent, and/or b. when it has been returned to it's original state? 2. The add says that it is "compatible with standard paperclips", does this mean that you can use these ones instead of the 10 you are supplied with to accomplish the effect?
- 1. Agustin responds:It has to be switched before handling it to the spectator, easy to accomplish the switch, Nicholas covers that in the tutorial. The provided clips are included to accomplish the switch.
