If you like ring illusuions, then Ring thing is for you, the video starts off with an introduction, followed by the different rings and coins that you can use, and different ideas are all explained, then Garrat goes into the differnt style ring illusions, plus ring and coin illusions, combined, the video is very easy to follow and very enjoyable, Garrat does many demonstrations, followed by the explanations, including lots of different variations, there is something for everyone who likes doing this type of magic.

Garrett is a little bit younger on this DVD which gives away the age of the production but none the less, this is an excellent instructional video. It covers all of the sleights in painstaking detail (in a good way). Garrett covers the different ring options at the beginning which was very helpful to me as a newby to ring magic. The effects covered in the video are timeless, practical, but watch the angles when performing live. He does caution against overusing the moves, so be sure to provide variety in your routines. The moves are not particularly difficult but requires a bit of "showmanship" to pull off (with some good practice). Watch a few modern takes on this performed by LLoyd Barnes and some augmentation of the routines on Youtube. Excellent buy!
