An incredibly simple and powerful book test for the professional or casual performer.

The Great Gatsby Book Test gives you the freedom to perform a powerful mind reading miracle, anywhere at any time, without the need to memorize a single thing. You can also hand out the book before, after, or during the performance without worries of revealing the secret. The method is so cleverly disguised and practically undetectable, even under close examination.

NOTE: The method for this effect is the same as Christmas Carol Book Test, but with the entire novel of The Great Gatsby.

BONUS: The Great Gatsby works with the Christmas Carol book test! As you riffle through The Great Gatsby, your participant stops you at any page, notes the page number and opens to that page in the Christmas Carol book. Using the same method, you know the first word on the page!

Absolutely love this! I looked through the book when I first got it for around half an hour, trying to figure out the secret, I just couldn't find anything. I actually thought Vanishing Inc. had sent me the wrong book!? Then when I watched the streaming video and discovered the secret, I had the biggest smile on my face, it's so sneaky and clever.

I thought this was just a fancy looking flashback book, but there is actually a lot more going on. I recommend getting the Sherlock one along with this for a seemingly casual yet fantastic routine.

Excellent mentalism book, it only comes with a streaming video, which should not be the case consudering your paying for this, and yet you cant download this video, its very easy to follow, using different options on how too, once you no the secret, its so easy to do, then just add your own bit of magic which is also explained in the video, this is a very enjoyable one to do.

This is a fabulous book test and at a total bargain price!

I was looking for something with the Fl*** B*** principle to use along side my All About Eve book test.
Using the two together can create such a strong routine.
I’ve always used a FB principle test on stage but I used to use the book that came with Final Flashback! This is so much more deceptive, especially being a recognisable book title.
This certainly gets my recommendation and I’ll be buying more books from their series.

  • Al asks: Do you have Sherlock Holmes book test? Also, is it possible to force a particular page number with this book? So that I can bring in a non gimmicks book?

    • 1. Dylan responds:They have a particular page force, but you could in theory learn it anywhere that does impromptu page forces. As virtually nobody will figure out the "gimmick" aspect, you have nothing to worry about if you combine Gatsby, Sherlock, or Scarlett to figure out the word on the opened page.

  • Matthew asks: I plan on getting gatsby in the future as a combo for sherlock which I already have. Howcome when I try to add to cart it does not give me an option to choose which book. It just adds it to cart immediately. Thanks in advance!
