Phenomenal deck. I was so excited to hear VI started carrying these decks. I've been a diehard user of Andy Nyman's 'The Code' marked deck, and I love what it allowed me to do, but I kept just wishing it was also stripped. And that's what this Gambler's Marked Deck is, (with a few other convenience markings added)! It allows for so much!

The new video they include is helpful and covers a lot of info and shows a few routines that cover each feature of the deck. They also, politely, include the original video released by Houdini magic.

Great deck. Seriously. So glad VI has it now.

This is a lovely marked deck with so much going for it. It arrived safely packaged from VI and I was able to watch the download video before it arrived explaining the markings and demonstrating some tricks. The video is fun and informative. (There were not 25 tricks included as it said on the box but it's easy to make up new ones yourself.) The cards are on red Bicycle and shuffle well. I liked that the cards come in stack order and it has prompted me to learn the stack rather than rely on the cheat sheet and other helpful hints supplied. The markings can be a little difficult to see depending on your eyesight but this also makes it hard for any spectator who suspects there are marks! I couldn't work out from the instructions what the magic square meant but there are enough other features to keep me happy. I would highly recommend The Gambler's Marked Deck from VI. As a follow on now that I've used this deck a bit more : this deck is great for a whole range of tricks not taught on the video. I have been using it for tricks I've learned from other products I've bought from Vanishing Inc. The Diary Prediction that I love from Craig Petty's recent The Infinity Deck works so well with this deck, along with a weighing the cards effect. Very versatile!

It's a great deck, easy to use, and can do many impossible tricks

This deck is great for a few reasons, but namely it's great for really great routine of impossible tricks. I've been working through some tricks with it for a party I'm throwing at home. The features of this deck make for a great introduction to things like working with a stack, which I've wanted to learn a stack for awhile. The deck is quality made, and pretty easy to learn. Highly recommend.

  • Jeffrey asks: I am old my eyes are not that good to see little, is the marked deck only for younger eyes, if it is like the penguin's marked deck where it is marked four places and it is marked what card is, or if it dots or lines where I can not see like a 20/20 vision and can you return if you can not see what is marked. Please get back.
