Do your packages have tracking numbers?

Nearly all packages sent by Vanishing Inc. will have a tracking number. This tracking number will be populated as soon as your package is processed and packaged up. It will be sent to you automatically via email and will populate on the “Your Orders” page in your account.

In rare cases, certain country restrictions may cause an order to be shipped without normal tracking. If this happens, the “your order has shipped” email serves as your shipping notification. This means your order is on your way and should arrive in the near future. In these cases, we will not get periodic updates. Instead, the only other notice we will receive is when your package has been delivered. If you have any questions though, you can also check in with our Support Wizards for more details.
