This documentary was amazing! Josh if you see this I just want to thank you and your team for the attention to detail in this trick! I wasn’t so sure wether or not I wanted to buy the trick after watching this video, I’m ordering one by the end of the night!!

Great documentary. While everyone always wants to know the secret, often time there is little recognition and appreciation of the vision, mechanics and hard work and dedication that goes into producing such a complex piece of magic that can also double as a fascinating work of art! Well done and thanks for the passion.

Great documentary I gives you a really good behind the scenes look of balance by Joshua Jay. It is to one hundred Prozent the best trick of the entire year. It is a bit expensive. But still I love the documentary I even tried to build it myself.

Balance seems to be a great trick to perform. And it looks like a lot of time and precision was put into the details of production. I liked the video but feel that it should have included the actual performance of balance. I will be considering purchasing balance in the future. I can't wait to find the performance video somewhere so that I can see if it is suitable to be performed in a small stage situation and. hopefully it is angle proof. Thanks to Josh for creating this.

Very interesting considering the amount of time, people and determination needed to complete a dream. Detailed and straight forward explanation. Seems that nothing is impossible if you find the right idea and the right connections and have people who see your vision and trust your keen ability to create. Now I can see why it is the price it is. Nothing worth while comes cheaply in money or manpower. Thank you for what you have shared with all of us magicians.

Interesting to see behind the scenes. Would have liked to have seen more about how the relationship was initiated and forged between Josh and the Chinese fabrication company.

Amazing back story to an absolutely amazing product!

I had no idea so much went into the making of gimmicks! I've actually toyed around with a few ideas for creating my own kind of 'out of sorts/impossible balance', but as of this moment, they're all still in the drawing/diagram phase.
This made me want to check out the product, but I guess all 40,000 units sold out! Still, I'd like to know what the gimmick consisted of; that might give me a tiny bit of insight into the 'how'.

It is obvious from viewing this documentary on the creation of "Balance" that the team at Vanishing, Inc. has left no stone unturned in the quest for perfection. In terms of concept, build, fit, finish, and even packaging, the highest standards were employed. It looks like an absolute winner!

Absolutely breathtaking and exhilarating to watch the behind the scenes creative process that brought this project to fuition. The think tank team involved across the globe are quite simply ' NASA level geniuses'. I was personally blown away and in awe of the creative concepts used to bring about the end result, and all without having witnessed a real world performance of the effect. This is truly a awesome achievement of weeding out the Mularkey, and injecting the Master Class, into a brainchild idea, and watch it blossom into something so magical, it leaves one totally without speech. I'm already thirsting for more, so crank me up for a double portion for dessert. A job well done, I Laud and applaued you all.

Amazing documentary about a product so well made. It makes the end user appreciate the intricate details about each of the common day objects so simply and articulately put together. A job well done by the entire VI team.

i look forward to hopefully purchasing this trick in the near future it is exactly what i need in my show. i would like to see more off this kind of thing developed so that i can put a whole show together around a balance theme. it's nice to see what kind of care went into the project and i loved hearing the origin story that led to it.

I'm genuinely glad I found this. It gave me useful insight into how magic products are made and manufactured, which as a customer would've never seen before. Made me appreciate magic even more now seeing the hard work put into these products.
