- 2. Robert responds:The routine in the video was the invention of U.K. magician Oswald Rae who performed it close to 100 years ago. He called it the "Bandit" effect, but is more commonly known at "The Ring, The Watch, & The Wallet". A himber wallet is necessary for this routine to make the money reappear. This seems to be a very nice himber wallet for the price.
