Your description says "Eisenhower Silver Dollar" and photo shows 1977 coin. Is this a silver coin, or copper clad coin. It is contradictory ... though price suggests copper clad.

It’s got to be copper clad for that price, it won’t have any silver in it. Just copper and nickel. %40 or %90 silver dollars will cost a lot more. They should change the the wording but copper clad coins are nevertheless nice coins for magic and they can be hard to get hold of in the uk so grab some while you can.

Are these coins considered " soft" ?

No. For the most part, only silver coins are soft
