Purchased a red replacement die to see if I can use it with the Mental Die (white) set I purchased earlier to make a routine with 2 dice. I followed the instruction and red and white die work with the Mental Die kit very well. Cannot wait to play with these.

They don't last forever even if you charge them on a regular basis and they recommend a least every 60 days. However, this replacement die matched the one I needed perfectly. I charged it up a little and synchronized it with the unit and it works like a charm. Holds it's charge, too. Highly recommended if you need a replacement in white, red or blue. A++++++++++

Thrilled they are making individiual die available for replacement. Ordered a red one and was easy to pair and worked perfectly. I'm going to need a white one eventually, so I'll definitely buy again. Fast shipping and well packed as always from VI!

Disappointing color mismatch—not a perfect match as advertised. I purchased the white replacement die for Anverdi's Mental Die, but unfortunately, the color is distinctly ivory rather than pure white. It does not match the ungimmicked dice at all. This is highly disappointing because the ungimmicked dice are explicitly advertised as "high-quality, no chip dice that are the exact size, color and shape of all Anverdi gimmicked dice products." If you place this replacement die next to an ungimmecked die or into a container with the others, the difference is very noticeable, which defeats the purpose of having matching sets for switches or displays. I want to give a huge shoutout to Vanishing Inc. Magic, who went to bat for me and contacted the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, the company replied that this color variance was "acceptable." For the premium price of this product, I find that answer unacceptable. Of course, the routine can still be performed without using the ungimmicked dice or doing switches, so the functionality is there. However, given the price tag and the marketing promises, the lack of quality control is a big letdown.
