Customer reviews for Ultimate Magician's Rope - Ultra White
I'm sure you have all faced a similar problem when buying rope to do your magic with. It is basically non-existent unless you are satisfied with a 10 or 15 foot hank. I like rope, that is why I recently purchased 150' of it from Vanishing Magic. Their rope is soft and pliable, has a good diameter and is snow white, you can't ask for more.
If you need rope, call the guys at Vanishing.
That's all.
It's my go-to, and happily so.
Along with 'supple' comes 'loosely woven'. Expect this rope to start fraying/unraveling at the ends very soon after you cut it! That's normal. If you want the ends of this or any magician's rope to stay tight, you should treat them in some way immediately after (or even before!) cutting. There are various ways people handle this: glue, tape, etc. You can look it up. Any method should work fine on this rope. (Personally, I like to use a needle and thread to sort of "darn" the ends. This keeps them from fraying past whatever point you choose, but the thread blends in with the rope and doesn't show at all. It's a little more work than some methods.)

Itzhak asks: Can I order a rope already cut and made for 3 ropes routines (small, medium and large) ? Whenever I cut it I can't find a good solution for making the ends untie with time. I tried putting some glue on the ends and it made them stiffer for some effects, such as sliding knot where the ropes might catch and stick to each other fibers. Maybe some advice ?
