This is a huge tome and I was enthusiastically thrilled learning facts and files about Garcia's life (both everyday and on stage). I love this book and want to publicly say a wholeheartedly thank you to the author for making still and again alive Frank Garcia's legacy to the magic fraternity. Nevertheless it should be noted that some flaws are unfortunately present here and there. Starting from the index in which the Winnipeg false cut is named as Winnipeg force cut (correctly addressed in the description page), I've spotted a few faults and imperfections which affects the quality of the book. Here's what I catched (up to my actual reading): - Page 410 the Elevator card classic has an incomplete description (if compared to what appeared in Exclusive Card Miracles); - The Affas gaffas cut (properly and detailed described in Million Dollar Card Secrets) seems to describe an in the hand false and almost missing part of the correct table handling of the cut; - Ambitious four Ace on page 338 is incomplete (partially corrected with description on page 464); - on pag. 465 newly appears Easy Aces (already described on page 323) but no title is shown. Of course I understand that putting together articles or typewritten pages from lecture notes or loose page had been a tough task but arguably some extra notes could make the book even better than what it is. Owning many book by Garcia, I'm quite fortunate to track back most of his stuff landing on the proper descriptions. On the other hand there're a few things not easily found in other major works and books by Garcia (I'm referring especially at the lecture notes items). Hopefully the flaws will be fixed in a new edition or - why not? - in a new book with more Garcia wonderful contributions. With the above limitations and my declared love for Garcia's persona and magic, I feel the book is still worth owning, reading and studying. The last few words go to VI superb service. My copy arrived with few little scratches on back cover and front spine but Jim did a wonderful job supplying his help. The best.
