I have never left a negative review before, but this book has pushed me to do so. I can't say that everything about The Entertainer's Guide to Being Flipping Brilliant is bad. For example, I quite like the title and the paper seems to be a very nice quality. However, the list of problems starts where the quality of the paper ends. There are numerous typos, missing quotation marks, extra spaces left between blocks of text, inconsistencies in formatting, and at least one major omission. I can't tell you where to find examples because there is no pagination! The font is ridiculously oversized (Were they trying to fill the page count?) except where suddenly an entire section switches to a different font and size before switching back. One trick we're told by a contributor is so good it's also on Youtube. But the writer never explains the trick in the book! Given the price tag, I expected the book to be "Flipping Brilliant" but I am "Flipping" disappointed.
