Love the concept of the delayed effect, extending the magic beyond the moment, and having the experience follow the participant home. The impact of demonstrations of this nature can be hugely amplified and much more genuine when the person experiences a private revelation like this alone. Fantastic presentational framing and very clever justification that overcomes a common issue for a classic magician/mentalist tool. Thank you for sharing what is sure to be a reputation-maker for many!

amazing justification, I like the performance and the routine it just doesn't help too much if you want a mentalism routine that you can put into your walk around set because all the reactions happen at home. Still I loved this and as a stanch anti mentalism guy I'm starting to think about mentalism.

This is one of the best free downloads you can get. The trick in this download is a mentalism effect by eli bosnick. The magic happens when the spectator gets home and is a private moment of magic. This is a great mentalism effect and you will perform this frequently.

Silliness aside, I truly appreciate this being made free. It's important to push magic beyond "look at me I can do some cool shit".

A useful resource, but it had to be free. Essentially, you need to own a very particular wallet to perform this effect as shown. Of course, other wallets can be used, but somewhat less powerfully. This is a collection of good advice, all of which I have heard elsewhere. It serves as a good reminder though.

Very good content. Especially explains in great deal about peeks and the wallet and its uses to make conversations to engage an audience in a magical way. The concept of realizing mentalism beyond the moment does really leave a good impact.

The method itself wasn't something new to be honest though the twist in the magic was a good idea. I think it gives insight to what makes a magic trick feel genuine and engaging. I personally don't have a peek wallet which is not necessary, but I would say is much better with it.

Vanishing Inc does it again! Their free downloads are better than some paid effects from other magic sites. This particular video gives some great advice on how to make your mentalism particularly impactful and personal to your spectator. You have them write down a question and you write an answer for them to read after they get home. I really love this idea and think it should keep you in the spectator's mind for a long time!

Great trick. Something new to try out to create genuine moments of wonder for your spectator. So much out there focuses on how to get a peek, this is a great video showing what to actually do with it.

Great effect, great advice… free! Honestly you cannot go wrong with this one. The method is not new to any stretch, but the framework is something that can really be worked and played as a genuine moment between magician and spectator.

Although i dont have a peek wallet, this effect seems great and i will certainely invest in a peek wallet to produce it soon!

An interesting take on presenting a "private" mentalism routine by answering a spectator's secretly written question. The trick taught is that a spectator writes a question on a business card which is folded and placed in the magician's wallet to be opened by the magician when the magician gets home. The magician writes an answer to the spectator's question on separate business card, folds it, hands it to the spectator, and tells the spectator to look at the answer when the spectator gets home. The supposition of this routine is that the spectator will experience a real miracle when he gets home as opposed to having something either private, or trite, revealed in public. Also, it is explained how to answer unknowable questions (e.g. winning lottery numbers) or unreadable handwriting. The Blind Man's Wallet by Menny Lindenfeld is used for this routine but any similar type gimmick could be used. A great out of the ordinary idea for your act.
