NOTE: "Anything" actually uses a clever electronic that hides in plain sight and is remote activated. Like many other similar devices, it does make a brief mechanical sound when triggered. So it is recommended that you perform "Anything" in environments with background noise or music. We would also recommend performing it in your hand or on a table versus in the hand of an audience member as shown in the trailer.

The problem is the noise. It is super loud and background noise will not help in that case.
The best solution I find is to actually ask the spectators to do sam noise like clap, whistle, etc. It has half a second delay so you have to take that in account.
To be hoest for that price I expected better noise control especially for a close up device.
