M-Prediction
An impossibly clean prediction effect from Mickael Chatelain.
From an all-white card case, you remove six cards face down. One of them is placed aside as a prediction. The five other cards are turned face up to show the five ESP symbols before being shuffled and placed face-down on the table.
As you snap your fingers and count to five, your participant is invited to freely choose any number. Let's say they choose 3. They can keep 3 or even change their mind they want. No forces!
They place their finger on the third card on the table. Without any weird moves or manipulations, both the prediction card and their choice are turned over at the fingertips. It's a perfect match!

Jeff asks: Is it true that the deck box cannot be examined? Is it true that one of the ESP cards cannot be examined until you ditch something? Is it true that the prediction card can be examined “sometimes” depending on the selection made by spectator? Thank you in advance for answering these questions.
- 1. Craig responds:Yes. Yes. Yes. There you go. All your answers. This is not a totally "clean" effect but it is a good one. If you are doing mentalism and feel you need everything examined by the spectators you are in the wrong field. The viewers will not be suspicious if you perform this right.
