Premise and Premonition

I was lucky enough to buy this at Blackpool and so have had several weeks to digest the fantastic material contained within this DVD set. The set is superbly shot and produced by Vanishing Inc and at 8.5 hrs represents unbelievable value. Luke is a consummate professional and a world leader in the art that is mentalism and I challenge anyone not to find routines and tips that would not enhance any act. I highly recommend this set !!

Luke Jermay has the most creative mind in mentalism. This and Jermay's Mind are the best purchases I've ever made. Black Ball Location and Shape Shifter Drawing Duplication went straight into my repertoire and will stay there! Everything on here is useful to any mentalist. Highly Recommend!

Terrific content all around, however minor gripe about the download - it doesn't include the few items mentioned in the videos available as files.

Yet another great product by Luke Jermay.

This is a very good video production, with a nice clean back drop. This video is so good, so clever, very easy to follow, very enjoyable to watch, there is something for everyone, each one starts with a live performance, followed by an in depth explanation, If you like mentalism, this guy gives you all the tools you need, you have to watch the video to understand the methods that luke uses, which is different for each one, as in how you would go about the performance. Plus a special appearence by andy being hypnotised, or was he. Luke also explains how to make the severall different props that go with severall different methods that he uses, which are very easy to either mak or to put togeather, he even says im a minamilist, so he keeps everything as simple as possable.The Nailed ACAAN (performance only), luke keeps a suspence with this, its very clever, as luke says, you will find your own answere to this, thats if you have followed the different methods explained throughout this download, I havent nailed this one yet, but keeps it exciting, which is the idea behind this, 8.5 Hours on pure mentalism.

If you like Luke Jermay's approach to mentalism, you won't be dissapointed by any of the tricks in this 8.5 hours release. The tricks have a strong impact, and most of them are not hard to do. He also goes in depth on specific points like preshow or his headlines prediction routine, to make sure that everythinng goes as it should if you wish to perform them.
I highly recommand it!

This has been a great video. All of the effects are good. I think there is something within for everyone but not everyone will run with and perform all of the tricks. For me, it was the black ball effect. I have made the props and performed the effect half a dozen times now. Every time it has been successful and the more I do it, the more I bring my own personality to it. Thank you.

Great source of information. Luke Jermay is an amazing teacher and performer. His material is inspired and well presented.

Luke Jermay is, in my opinion, one of the most creative minds in the field. This project is pure gold. Every effect is simple in the method and so clever in the scripting and the delivery that every piece can be perceived as the real thing. A must to have.

Much of this is truly amazing! and will give you so much to think about and use. You can read all the other reviews for the positives of this download. I will share with you my one issue with it. For a couple of routines, it only fits very specific criteria.

1. if you can have the guest list ahead of time without raising too much suspicion. I think for many performers, this is a rare occurrence, so it is not practical to rely on it as a method.

2. A large theater where people won't talk to one another.

Since multiple routines relied on one of these two ideas, I couldn't give it 5 stars. The theory is great, but those are unusable for myself and many other performers.
