The ad says that it can reveal 4 cards, which the video showed. What I would like to know is it possible to reveal the cards and each of them raise vertically out of the deck one at a time?

Yes you can. The secret allows you to do so. However you may find that because of the room for loading, 4 cards works better with the deck laying flat as opposed to standing up.
