Yellow Lecture Notes is a smallish booklet that is well written. Several effects are discussed and explained. Two involve I-phone / calculators which I do not employ for my close-up mentalism shows.
Not saying they are bad, only they don't interest me. I did find two ideas in the remaining effects that I plan to use or at least incorporate some of the ideas into my tricks. That may seem like faint praise, but actually it is very rare to find any new/interesting ideas after almost 50 years of doing this. So I would recommend this booklet with some reservations. Not a lot of material (6), but you may find several useful routines here.
